(July 2015) Seminar – Food Safety Research in Chile: A Journey of Challenges to Success

Dr. Andrea Moreno Switt from University of Andres Bello, Santiago visited us on the week of July 20. Her visit was supported by an IDRC Latin America Research Exchange Grant.

On July 22nd, Dr. Moreno Switt gave a seminar titled “Food Safety Research in Chile: A Journey of Challenges to Success”. The seminar was attended by students and faculty members from our Food Science program.
